By booking a stay at Hotel Noida Express, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Reservations & Payment
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance deposit. For "Pay at Hotel" bookings, the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the card provided.
2. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- Identification: All guests (including children) must present a valid Government ID upon arrival. Foreign nationals must present a valid Passport and Visa.
3. Cancellation & No-Show
Standard bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
Non-refundable rates are not eligible for any refund regardless of the cancellation timing.
4. Guest Conduct & Damages
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we enforce the following:
- No Smoking: All our rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of ₹5,000 will be charged for violations.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Damages: Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be billed directly to the guest's account.
5. Limitation of Liability
Hotel Noida Express is not responsible for the loss of valuables left in rooms. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room electronic safes. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the room booking.
